Aurum DTT Enterprises is a 501(c)(3), non-profit organization created to aid individuals in surviving homelessness. Operating in Anderson County, SC, we have provided affordable housing to tenants in need for over a decade (10+years). Recently, we expanded our efforts by becoming a 501(c)(3) to ensure greater reach for individuals and families facing homelessness, a societal ill that increased during and following the global pandemic.

When people face homelessness, finding affordable housing and the documents necessary to qualify can be daunting. Eligible residents ensure adherence to house rules to preserve the safety and comfort for all tenants.
Financial health is important. The state of one’s credit and financial situation can influence whether a person qualifies for housing, vehicle loans, jobs, and additional needs. We help residents build their financial strength through modeling & instruction.
Guiding residents to transformative advocates for career, education, and mental health services is a vital part of our services. It takes a multifaceted approach to help each resident reach their personal level of stability.
Occasionally, individuals who may become homeless need to change career paths or learn new skill sets to reenter the workforce. We offer training for business interviews (soft skill development), health and financial needs, and more. We are here to help.
We help raise a “Gold Mindset” for the homeless and battered women. In our efforts to acquire more homes, set up transportion and programs that aid each individual to uniquely join society, one step at a time. Extracting a poverty mindset helps residents to understand they are not alone and that there are others that care!
Aurum DTT Enterprises is in existence due to the efforts of volunteers, community advocates, and organizational partners.
